MIKE HENRY

President and Co-Founder

Mike is a recognized expert in industrial water treatment process technologies and applications.  His more than 25 years experience has involved him in hundreds of installations for water treatment involving light and heavy oils, SAGD, steam flood, water flood, saltwater disposal and injection, soil remediation and offshore discharge.  He has worked in all project phases including pre-planning, lab analyses and testing programs, process and equipment design, product development, process qualification, startups, package system installation and commissioning. Projects have led him to actively participate in virtually all hydrocarbon-producing regions across six continents. His projects have ranged from single equipment installations to world-class global projects with flow rates exceeding one million barrels/day of water volume.

His in-depth, hands-on experience extends to all phases of gravity separation, cyclonic separation, gas flotation, and nutshell filtration.  Because of his vast experience and passion for water treatment excellence, Mike is regularly consulted by oil companies and disposal firms to assist in their capital project viability and process selection. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering/Physics from Wayne State University.

DAVID BLOCK

Vice President and Co-Founder

David has more than 15 years experience in marketing and business development of complex industrial projects and services domestically and in Central America, principally in the oil and gas and power generation segments. He is a respected leader in produced water with a focus on filtration and separation technologies for water treatment and gas conditioning for critical industrial equipment. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Consultancy from Emory University.
